.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from the Florida Big Bend to
south of Tampico, Mexico. Strong to gale force northerly winds
are occurring behind the front with building seas. The gale
force winds will continue offshore Tampico today and move south
to off Veracruz this evening through Tue morning, before
diminishing Tue afternoon. Conditions will improve across the
Gulf of Mexico by Wed as the front pushes well southeast of the
area.
