.SYNOPSIS...Moderate NE winds prevail across the rest of the 
Gulf with subsiding seas. Light to gentle variable winds are 
expected Tue and Wed. The next cold front is forecast to move off
the Texas coast on Thu, bringing fresh to strong northerly winds
behind it across the northern Gulf. The front will extend from 
the Florida Big Bend to the southern tip of Texas Fri morning. 
The front will then stall before dissipating Fri night. Fresh 
southerly winds will prevail across most of the Gulf ahead of 
another cold front.

.TONIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.TUE...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less.
