.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front stretches across the Gulf of
Mexico from the coast of Florida near 31N85W to the coast of
Yucatan near 21N89W. The cold front will move quickly out of the
basin later today. Widespread strong winds are noted across the
northern Gulf, with gentle to moderate winds in the extreme 
eastern Gulf ahead of the front. Rough seas are also ongoing 
behind the front in the western and central Gulf. The widespread
strong winds and rough seas gradually subsiding by tonight. 
Light to gentle variable winds are expected Tue increasing to 
gentle to moderate speeds Wed.
