.SYNOPSIS...Surface ridging prevails across the basin, anchored
by a high pressure centered over eastern CONUS. Southerly return
flow will continue across the area. Fresh to locally strong E to
SE winds are expected across the basin Tue ahead of the next
cold front forecast to reach the NW Gulf on Wed. Gale force
winds are possible over the southwest waters in the vicinity of
the front on Thu across the western half of the basin as the
front moves through.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.MON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft
in the afternoon. 
.MON NIGHT...E to SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE...E to SE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft.
