.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered in the western Gulf near NE
Mexico will shift northeastward through Sun night, with
southerly return flow gradually increasing this weekend across
the basin. SE to S winds will strengthen in the Gulf Tue and
Wed. A cold front will reach the NW Gulf on Wed.
