.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered in the western Gulf near NE 
Mexico will shift northeastward through Sun night, with southerly
return flow gradually increasing this weekend across the basin, 
SE to S winds will strengthen in the Gulf Tue and Wed. A cold 
front will reach the NW Gulf on Wed.

15 kt late. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
