.SYNOPSIS...A weak frontal boundary is draped off the Texas coast.
Another cold front will move into the NW Gulf tonight and cross 
the basin through Wed night into Thu morning. Winds and seas 
diminish through Fri as high pressure builds across the northern 
Gulf in the wake of the second front. A third front will move 
into the northwest Gulf by Sat night and will be in the eastern 
Gulf by Sun.

.TONIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to W to NW 15 to 20 kt
after midnight. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and isolated
tstms. 
.WED...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.WED NIGHT...N winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
