.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has moved off the TX coast tonight with
NW gales immediately behind the front. The front will cross much
of the Gulf tonight through Mon, then stall by Mon night from 
Central Florida to the Bay of Campeche. Gale force northerly 
winds will shift from the Texas offshore waters early tonight to 
offshore Tampico and northern Mexico late tonight and early Mon, 
then offshore Veracruz during the day Mon. Another cold front 
will move into the NW Gulf Tue night and cross the basin by Thu. 
This front will bring brief gales offshore Veracruz on Wed.

.TONIGHT...SW winds 20 to 25 kt, shifting to NW to N 20 to 30 kt
with frequent gusts to gael force after midnight. Seas 6 to 9 
ft.
.MON...N winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 6 to 9 ft in S to SW swell. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE after
midnight. Seas 4 to 6 ft in NE to E swell. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the afternoon. 
.TUE NIGHT...S winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming W to NW 15 to 20 kt
