.SYNOPSIS...A previously stalled front along the northern Gulf
cost is now lifting N as a warm front this afternoon, with fresh
S winds developing in its wake in the NW Gulf. A cold front will
move off the TX coast this evening, cross much of the Gulf, then
stall by Mon night from Florida to the Bay of Campeche. This
front will bring gale force winds offshore the Texas coast
tonight, offshore Tampico and northern Mexico late tonight and
early Mon, then offshore Veracruz during the day Mon. Another
cold front will move into the NW Gulf Tue night and cross the
basin by Thu.

.TONIGHT...SW winds 20 to 25 kt, shifting to NW to N 25 to 35 kt
after midnight. Seas 6 to 9 ft. 
.MON...N winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 10 to 15 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 6 to 8 ft in S to SW swell. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE after
midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
