.SYNOPSIS...A stalled front just off the Texas and Louisiana
coasts will lift north today, with fresh southerly winds
developing in its wake. A more cold front will move into the
Gulf tonight then cross much of the basin Mon into Tue. Strong N
winds will spill behind the front and gales will develop over
portions of the W and SW Gulf Mon through Mon evening. Wind and
seas decrease Tue as high pressures builds in. The next front
will move into the western Gulf Tue night and across the Gulf by
Thu. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

...GALE CONDITIONS POSSIBLE TONIGHT...

.TODAY...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...SW winds 20 to 25 kt, shifting to NW to N 25 to 35 kt
after midnight. Seas 6 to 8 ft. 
.MON...N winds 20 to 25 kt, becoming N to NE 10 to 15 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 6 to 8 ft in S to SW swell. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to E to SE after
midnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
