.SYNOPSIS...A weak and stalling cold front along the northern
Gulf coast will lift inland as a warm front tonight. A more
significant cold front will move into the Gulf Sun night then
cross the basin Mon into Mon night. Strong N winds will spill
behind the front Mon into Mon night. Wind and seas decrease Tue 
as high pressures builds in.

.TODAY...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to NW in the
afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
