.SYNOPSIS...Strong SE winds are developing over the NW Gulf
early this morning in advance of a cold front over Texas. These
winds will prevail through Wed night as the cold front moves off
the coast this evening. The cold front will move through the 
central Gulf Thu night and eastern Gulf Fri night, then move SE 
of the area by late Sat. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...SE winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms. 
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft in E
swell. Numerous showers and scattered tstms. 
.THU...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft. Numerous
showers and scattered tstms.
