.SYNOPSIS...Newly formed Tropical Storm Zeta near 17.7N 83.5W
1005 mb at 5 AM EDT moving N at 1 kt. Maximum sustained winds
35 kt gusts 45 kt. Zeta will move to 18.2N 83.8W this afternoon,
18.9N 84.4W Mon morning, and 19.8N 85.7W Mon afternoon. Tropical
Storm Zeta will strengthen to a hurricane near 21.1N 87.4W Tue
morning, then move to 22.9N 89.5W Tue afternoon, and 25.4N 90.7W
Wed morning. Zeta will weaken to a tropical storm while moving
inland over eastern Louisiana and southern Mississippi early
Thu.
