.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Beta is near 27.6N 94.5W 995 mb at
11 PM EDT moving WNW at 5 kt. Maximum sustained winds 50 kt
gusts 60 kt. Beta will move to 28.0N 95.4W Mon morning, 28.5N
96.4W Mon evening, then inland to 28.8N 96.7W Tue morning. Beta
will weaken to a tropical depression near 29.1N 96.2W Tue
evening, reach 29.5N 95.2W Wed morning, and 30.1N 94.0W Wed
evening. Beta will move over Louisiana late Thu. A cold front
will continue to move across the eastern half of the Gulf into
Mon. Fresh to strong NE to E winds and building seas will follow
the front.
