.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends across the northern
Florida Peninsula with high pres over the Carolinas building in 
across the Gulf. A trough over the SW Gulf will linger today 
before dissipating. Moderate to fresh winds in the SW Gulf and 
Bay of Campeche will diminish later tonight. A weak cold front 
may dip into the northern Gulf by mid-week before dissipating.
