.SYNOPSIS...Fresh SW winds over the northeast Gulf will diminish
Sun as a trough moves through the southeast US. A ridge 
extending from the western Atlantic into the north central Gulf 
will persist through early next week. Fresh SE to S winds are 
possible over the northeast Gulf Tue as the ridge strengthens and
lifts north.
