1008 mb at 5 PM EDT moving WNW at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds
30 kt gusts 40 kt. Thirteen will move to 17.5N 57.2W Fri
morning, strengthen to a tropical storm near 18.3N 60.5W Fri
afternoon, 19.1N 63.5W Sat morning, 20.0N 66.7W Sat afternoon,
20.9N 70.4W Sun morning, and 22.2N 74.1W Sun afternoon. Thirteen
will strengthen to a hurricane near 25.1N 80.4W by Mon
afternoon. 

Tropical Depression Fourteen near 14.3N 81.0W 1007 mb
at 5 PM EDT moving W at 16 kt. Maximum sustained winds 30 kt
gusts 40 kt. Fourteen will strengthen to a tropical storm near
14.7N 83.0W Fri morning, move inland to 15.6N 84.7W Fri
afternoon, 17.0N 85.6W Sat morning, 18.7N 86.6W Sat afternoon,
inland to 20.3N 87.9W Sun morning, and 22.1N 89.2W Sun
afternoon. Fourteen will change little in intensity as it moves
to 26.0N 91.5W by Mon afternoon.
