.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Isaias is offshore of South Carolina
near 32.0N 79.4W 993 mb at 5 PM EDT moving NNE at 14 kt. Maximum
sustained winds 60 kt gusts 75 kt. Moderate NW to N winds will
continue across the NE Gulf tonight as Isaias moves north-
northeastward the South Carolina coast. A weak high pressure
ridge will persist over the N Gulf this week, maintaining gentle
flow across much of the region with moderate winds expected in
the SW Gulf.

.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 5 kt, shifting to SW after midnight.
Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...NW winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to S to SW after
