.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Isaias is offshore of NE Florida and
Georgia near 30.7N 80.1W 998 mb at 11 AM EDT moving N at 11 kt.
Maximum sustained winds 60 kt gusts 75 kt. Moderate N to NW
winds will continue across the NE Gulf today as Isaias moves
north-northeastward near Georgia and South Carolina coasts. A 
weak high pressure ridge will persist over the N Gulf this week, 
maintaining gentle flow across much of the region. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.THIS AFTERNOON...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to SW after
midnight. Seas 2 ft or less.
