.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Hanna is inland near 26.3N 98.9W
988 mb at 5 AM EDT moving WSW at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds
50 kt gusts 60 kt. Hanna will move to 25.8N 99.9W this
afternoon, move and weaken to a tropical depression near 25.1N
101.4W Mon morning, then to 24.5N 102.7W Mon afternoon, and
dissipate by Tue morning. The pressure gradient between Hanna
and a ridge across the remainder of the Gulf waters will support
fresh to strong SE winds over the western Gulf through Mon.
