.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong northwest winds over the SW Gulf
near the coast of Veracruz, Mexico will diminish to fresh speeds
by late tonight. Weak high pressure will build over the northern
Gulf Mon through Thu night.

evening, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.SUN...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft in the afternoon. 
.SUN NIGHT...E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 ft. 
.MON...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft.
