.SYNOPSIS...A weakening stationary front that extends from the
Florida Big Bend to the SW Gulf will dissipate on Sat, as
moderate to fresh winds diminish behind the front over the NW
Gulf. Weak high pressure will build over the northern Gulf Mon 
through Wed.
