.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front is dissipating from near Mobile
Bay to southern Louisiana. A weak cold front will move into the
northern Gulf Sun and Mon, then stall and dissipate in the east-
central Gulf by late Tue. Winds and seas may increase over the
southwest Gulf by mid-week as low pressure forms farther south.
