.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure over the Florida Peninsula has a
trough extending into the northeast Gulf, this feature will lift
north and inland Wed. A cold front offshore the Texas coast will
weaken into a trough, then stall over the NW Gulf into Thu. A 
weak pressure pattern will prevail for the end of the week into 
the weekend.

showers and isolated tstms. 
.WED...SW to W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. Scattered showers
