.SYNOPSIS...A developing low pressure system over the U.S.
southern plains will induce fresh to strong S winds over the
basin today. The low will drag a cold front across the northern
Gulf tonight and Fri. A second cold front will move into the NW
Gulf Fri night, then extend from S Florida to the SW Gulf Sun.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft in SE to
S swell. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
