.SYNOPSIS...A developing low pressure system over the U.S. 
southern plains will pull fresh to strong SE to S winds across 
the basin through Thu. The low will drag a cold front across the 
northern Gulf Thu through Fri. A second cold front will move into
the NW Gulf Fri night, then extend from S Florida to the SW Gulf
Sun.
