.SYNOPSIS...A warm front extending from southeastern Louisiana
to southern Texas will lift north of the area by early Sun. A
cold front is expected to reach the NW Gulf Sun evening, and
extend from the Florida Big Bend to near 25N90W by Mon
afternoon. Fresh to strong southerly winds are expected ahead of
the front beginning tonight and continuing through Mon evening
as the front moves across the area. Scattered strong
thunderstorms, some could be strong, are possible ahead of this
front. Otherwise, smoke from agricultural fires in southern
Mexico and Honduras could reduce visibility, mainly in the SW
Gulf.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.OVERNIGHT...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt, except W of 94W becoming 
SE to S 15 to 20 kt early in the morning. Seas 3 to 4 ft, except
W of 94W building to 4 to 6 ft early in the morning.
.SUN...S winds 20 to 25 kt, except W of 94W S 15 to 20 kt. Seas 
6 to 8 ft, except W of 94W 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and 
thunderstorms W of 94W. Isolated showers and thunderstorms E of
94W.
.SUN NIGHT...SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms. 
.MON...NW to N winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft.
