.SYNOPSIS...A stalling front extends across the central Gulf
from southwest Florida to south Texas. The western half of the
front will lift north today as a warm front, ahead of a strong
cold front that will move off the Texas coast Sun afternoon.
This front will stall from the Florida Big Bend area to the
southwest Gulf by early Mon, as another cold front moves off the
Texas coast. Strong to possibly severe thunderstorms may precede
this reinforcing front as it moves over the northern Gulf he
fronts will merge then continue to slowly drift south, reaching
from southwest Florida to near Tampico Mexico through mid-week
and from the Florida keys to near 24N90W and the eastern Bay of
Campeche Thu. Meanwhile, increasing smoke from agricultural
fires in southern Mexico is likely to reduce visibility over the
SW Gulf.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and thunderstorms
.SUN...S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 10 ft.  Scattered to 
numerous showers and thunderstorms.
.SUN NIGHT....W of 94W, NW winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to NE 
late. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Between 90W and 94W, SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt,
diminishing to 10 kt late. Seas 7 to 11 ft. Scattered showers 
and thunderstorms.
.MON...NW to N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 8 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft.

numerous showers and thunderstorms.
.SUN NIGHT...S to SW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 11 ft.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, becoming numerous 
late.
.MON...Between 87W and 90W, W winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to NW to
N in the afternoon. Seas 6 to 8 ft in SE to S swell. E of 87W,  
S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft in SE to S swell.
Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly in the
morning.
