.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will reach the northern Gulf tonight, 
then stall and weaken across the southern Gulf by Fri night. 
Southerly winds will increase across the basin this weekend as a 
low pressure system tracks across the southern U.S. Another cold 
front will move into the NW Gulf on Mon.
