.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front from near Mobile, Alabama to near
Corpus Christi, Texas is beginning to transition into a warm
front, and will lift N out of the Gulf by tonight. A cold front 
will move off the Texas coast Tue and cross the basin by Thu 
morning. Ahead of this front, fresh to strong SW winds are 
possible in the NE Gulf Tue afternoon and Tue night. Then, behind
the front, strong NW winds are likely over the far N Gulf Wed.
