.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge extending from the western
Atlantic across Florida and into the eastern Gulf will drift
southward and weaken over the next couple days. A stalling front
extending from near Mobile, Alabama to Brownsville, Texas will
lift northward as a warm front tonight into Mon. A cold front
will move into the NW Gulf on Tue and cross the basin through
Wed night, with fresh to locally strong northerly winds expected
behind the front over the northern Gulf.
