.SYNOPSIS...Weakening high pressure centered E of the area will
dominate Gulf weather through Mon. A cold front just offshore
the Texas coast will stall along the Texas and Louisiana coasts
by this evening, then lift north Mon as a warm front. Another 
cold front will enter the NW Gulf early Tue, then move through 
the Gulf through Wed.
