.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure will ridge over the E Gulf from 
the W Atlantic through the weekend. A cold front along the Texas
coast will move slowly SE through Sun morning, then stall Sun 
afternoon and retreat N as warm front Sun night into Mon. Another
cold front will enter the NW Gulf Tue morning, then track across 
the N Gulf through Wed night.

7 ft. 
.SUN...E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 5 ft. Scattered showers
and isolated tstms.
