.SYNOPSIS...Weakening high pressure will ridge into the E Gulf 
through Sun. A weak cold front will reach the NW Gulf late this 
afternoon, then stall near the N Gulf coast Sun, and lift N as a
warm front Mon. Ahead of this front, some strong SE winds are 
expected in the central and W Gulf today. Another stronger cold 
front will enter the Gulf early Tue, then cross the N Gulf into 
Wed.
