.SYNOPSIS...A cold front from the Florida Panhandle continues as
stationary to across the Louisiana and Texas coastal/offshore 
waters boundary to near the Texas/Mexico border will begin to 
retreat NW as a warm front tonight through Sun. Fresh to locally 
strong NE-E winds will develop each evening offshore of the 
Yucatan Peninsula each evening, diminishing in the mornings. 
Otherwise, Atlantic high pressure extending westward across the 
area will change little through Thu night.
