.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from the central Florida
coast  to the Yucatan peninsula will move SE of the basin by
early this evening. Fresh to strong winds and building seas are
expected by early Sat in association with high pressure building
in the wake of the front. The strong NE to E winds will then
prevail through the Straits of Florida and SE Gulf through Mon
night before conditions gradually improve basin wide.
