.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 1011 mb over the northern Gulf near 
28N85W has a trailing cold front to near Veracruz, Mexico. The 
low will track eastward through tonight, then east-southeast, 
reaching S Florida by early Tue while the front sags S and 
slowly dissipates. Another cold front will move off the Texas 
coast Tue night, weakening by the time it reaches the SE Gulf 
Wed night ahead of a third front, which may impact the basin by 
the end of the week. It is expected to be followed by fresh to 
strong northerly winds. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.TUE...E winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming SE 5 to 10 kt in the
afternoon. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming NW 20 to 25 kt late.
Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 to 4 ft late.
