.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure ridging over the Gulf will shift
eastward through Mon as low pressure develops near the Texas
coast by this afternoon. The low pressure, along with a trailing
cold front, will track eastward to the NE Gulf through Mon
afternoon while weakening, then across Florida on Tue. Another
weak low pressure area will move into the NW Gulf Tue night,
slowly move east-southeastward through Wed night, then retreat
to the northwest thereafter. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt, except between 90W and 94W
SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt.  Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers 
and isolated thunderstorms between 90W and 94W. Isolated showers 
W of 94W.
.MON...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Scattered
showers between 90W and 94W. Isolated showers W of 94W.

.TUE...SE winds 15 to 20 kt, diminishing to 5 to 10 kt in the
