.SYNOPSIS...Strong north wind will prevail today and tonight 
over the eastern Gulf. As high pressure slides E Wed, winds 
across the eastern Gulf will lessen and strong southerly winds 
will evolve over the NW Gulf. A cold front moving into the NW 
Gulf Thu will end the strong winds. This front will cross the 
Gulf by Fri.
