.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong N winds will prevail behind a cold 
front that moved through Sun. Gale conditions are occurring the 
the western Bay of Campeche offshore Veracruz, Mexico, and these
winds will prevail into tonight. As high pressure builds into 
the Gulf, winds and seas will diminish by Tue night, but as the 
high moves east, strong southerly winds will develop in the NW 
Gulf Wed and Wed night.
