.SYNOPSIS...A weakening stationary front extends from the
Florida Keys NW to near Galveston, Texas. Along this
boundary, within about 120 nm of the Louisiana coast, patchy fog
is occurring. This front will dissipate over the Gulf today. The
strong easterly winds to the north of the front over the NE Gulf
will diminish today and seas will gradually subside. A cold 
front will move off the Texas coast early this evening, then SE 
to reach a Clearwater Florida to Bay of Campeche line by Sun 
evening, and finally SE of the area by early Mon. Strong N winds 
will follow this cold front.
