.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge over the SE United States is promoting
tranquil conditions through Thu. A cold front will move southward
over the NE Gulf Thu evening, become stationary in the NE Gulf 
Fri afternoon, then dissipate late on Sat. Afterwards, weak SE 
return flow will become established across the basin ahead of the
next cold front entering the NW Gulf Sat night. The front should
extend from the Big Bend coast of Florida to near Tampico Sun 
afternoon.

.TODAY...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft.
