.SYNOPSIS...A cold front stretching across the Gulf from 
29N82.5W to 24.5N94W to 25N98W will stall and weaken along 24N 
Wed. High pres will build over the Gulf in the wake of the front 
through Fri before retreating E. This will allow the next cold 
front to enter the NW Gulf Sat. Gale force NW winds will be 
possible near Veracruz Sat night.
