.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from near Mobile, Alabama to
28N92W, where it transitions to a nearly stationary front and
extends to weak low pressure near 27N94W to northern Mexico.
This system will move eastward as a cold front across the Gulf
later today through Sat. A reinforcing cold front will cross the
northern Gulf tonight through Sat night. Strengthening winds and
building seas are expected across the Gulf in association with 
these fronts. Winds and seas will diminish Sun and Mon as high 
pressure builds over the region. Another strong cold front will 
move SE across the waters Tue and Tue night. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...W to NW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Numerous
showers and scattered tstms. 
.TONIGHT...NW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.SAT...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.SAT NIGHT...N winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SUN...SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning,
subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.SUN NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
3 ft after midnight. 
.MON...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.MON NIGHT...S to SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE...NW to N winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft, building to
