.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front from Port Charlotte Florida to
1012 mb low pressure near 21N95W to 18N94W will stall from South
Florida to the Bay of Campeche later today. The low and
accompanying front will then lift northward through through Wed,
then start to dissipate over the northwest Gulf into Thu. A
stronger cold front will move off the Texas coast Thu night,
should reach from the Florida Panhandle to the Bay of Campeche
by Fri afternoon, and push south and east of the Gulf by late
Sat.

.TODAY...NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less,
building to 3 ft after midnight.
