.SYNOPSIS...Strong low pressure just NW of Apalachicola Florida
will move to SE Georgia by Mon morning. A cold front trailing S
of the low will pass to the E of the Gulf by Mon morning as
well. However, strong winds will linger over the NE gulf through
Mon night as surface troughing on the W side of the low lingers
over the NE Gulf. A ridge will build over the Gulf Tue and Wed
and promote light to gentle winds over the basin during this
time frame.
