.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong southerly return flow will develop 
over the western Gulf overnight and persist through early Mon. A
strong cold front will move off the Texas coast Mon night, 
extend from the Florida Panhandle to the Bay of Campeche Tue, 
then move across the SE Gulf on Wed. Winds and seas will 
diminish over the central Gulf Thu and Thu night.

.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SUN...S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. 
.MON...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 8 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated tstms. 
.MON NIGHT...NW winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming N 25 to 30 kt after
