.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front extends from central Florida 
to 25N91W, then stationary to the Bay of Campeche. The front will
stall later today, then dissipate as it drifts northward through
Fri. Fresh southerly winds are expected in the western Gulf Sun 
and Mon. A strong cold front will reach the Texas coast Mon
night.
