.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front will move into the NW Gulf
today, and extend from the Florida Big Bend into the Bay of
Campeche by Wed. Dense fog along the coast this morning will 
dissipate as the front approaches. Frequent gusts to gale force 
are expected NW of the front along the coast of Texas this 
evening and tonight. The front will stall from the Florida 
peninsula to the Bay of Campeche Thu, then gradually lift 
northward across the E Gulf as a warm front on Fri.
