.SYNOPSIS...Surface ridging will prevail across the region.
Fresh SE return flow will develop over the NW Gulf through Thu
ahead of a cold front moving over Texas. The front will move
into the NW Gulf by late Fri, cross the region through the
weekend, and weaken and stall over the southern Gulf by late
Sun.

.TONIGHT...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.THU...SE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.THU NIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
